Two employees came in from PWC to talk about working for the company. They talked about entry routes, expectations and progression routes.
The session was interactive and included group activities based around the work they do, as well as their entry routes. The session was designed for students in years 12-13 primarily, with an interest in careers in technology. We learnt all about their internships and apprenticeships. The opportunities sounded diverse and exciting. They sound like they expect employees to work hard but they seem to look after their staff regarding well being and welfare.
