Kelli Robinson – NPQ (Behaviour & Culture) Facilitator

Kelli is a qualified SENCo who has experience of working within secondary mainstream and across all phases of a specialist provision. She is passionate about identifying barriers and empowering teachers and pupils to reach their academic as well as their social and emotional potential. Kelli has exceptional knowledge about human behaviour, with a particular interest in neurodivergent individuals, such as those with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Disorganised attachment and Pervasive Demand Avoidance (PDA). Kelli has led teaching and learning with a focus on differentiation, provided one to one teacher coaching, developed, and implemented the use of IEPs, created an internal alternative provision base for the most vulnerable learners, researched, devised, and implemented a range of social and emotions as well as cognitive and learning interventions, led on the former NPQSL model and also the new NPQLBC. Kelli is currently completing her MBA in Educational Leadership.
